What is Trezor Suite?

Trezor Suite is the official app for setting up and managing your Trezor. Download it only from trezor.io/trezor-suite.

What is a recovery phrase?

Your recovery phrase is the offline backup that can restore access to your wallet. Write it down during setup and keep it somewhere private. Never photograph it, type it into a website, or share it with anyone.

Can Trezor Support ask for my recovery phrase?

No. Trezor will never ask you to reveal your recovery phrase. Anyone who asks for it is trying to access your funds. Keep it offline and secret.
